Tenex is a family-owned enterprise that believes customer satisfaction is our most important job. From our headquarters in New Holland, Pennsylvania, we connect consumers with the quality products they’re searching for at deeply discounted prices.

Tenex Global started with one product in the horse/pet industry. During that product’s development, founder Daniel Lapp spent more than a year creating connections with overseas manufacturers while also learning how to sell on eBay and Amazon. He soon decided to adjust his business model to help others with the supply chain management process.

At the same time, he noticed an enormous amount of inventory is deemed “unsellable” to larger retailers because of minor flaws, box damage, etc. Daniel decided to expand his product line and offer this merchandise directly to consumers. It was a win-win, because now he could help alleviate the burden these goods cause to distribution facilities, minimize waste, and offer these products to consumers for a discounted price.

Daniel Lapp

Founder & President

Daniel always had a passion for business and for solving problems. Growing up on a dairy farm, he made money on the side by mowing lawns, shoveling snow, and selling homemade crafts. At 16, he started his first official business – training and boarding horses. After 10 years in the equine industry, he began looking for additional income opportunities, and Tenex Global was born.

David Black

Vice President

David Black is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Having spent 5 years at Tenex Global, David has honed his expertise in driving business growth and fostering strong professional relationships. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working closely with Daniel for the past decade, collaborating on various innovative projects and contributing to their mutual success.

Outside of his professional endeavors, David is a proud father who enjoys spending his free time watching his daughters cheer and play soccer. His dedication to both his career and family showcases his ability to balance hard work with personal fulfillment.

Leslie Stoltzfus

Leslie Stoltzfus is a dedicated professional with two years of experience at Tenex Global LLC, where she honed her skills across a diverse range of responsibilities, including customer service, administrative tasks, and more. With a degree in Marketing, Leslie brings a strategic and creative perspective to her work, excelling in roles that require adaptability and a customer-focused approach.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Leslie enjoys reading and cherishing quality time with her husband and children, embodying a balance between career and family life.
